New residential development within Tigard has remained constant over the preceding 12 years.

Industrial value peaked in 2000 and hit a lower in 2002. Last year saw the second highest valuation in the 12 year interval at around $60 million. The sole year to see professional worth higher than residential was 1998.

Total housing units in the City of Tigard totaled 19,415 at the conclusion of April 2006. This total includes one and multi-family units. The age of the housing units locally is spread fairly equally. The years of the 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's all account fully for almost one quarter of housing units.
