So very many people have genuine concerns concerning the resurrection from the dead of Jesus, the Son of God. There is much evidence regarding Jesus being raised from the dead, but whenever you've met the risen Christ, and experienced the risen Christ in your personal life, then all doubt and uncertainty is banished.

That one observation can aid you when you are struggling over this vital problem. It need be a battle no longer!

On going into the grave where the crucified body of Jesus had lain, John observed a folded napkin which had been over Jesus' scarred and blooded head.

The Napkin origami was organized quite differently from the other grave clothes. Is this significant? Is this detail important?

When a Jewish servant place a meal table because of his master, he made sure it was exactly as the master wanted it. The master would come and eat along with the servant would wait just out of sight, but watching carefully.

If the master had finished eating he would rise in the table, wipe his hands and mouth, and throw the napkin onto the table. The servant would now know it was time to clear the table. The wadded napkin was a sign that the master, having eaten, had left the table.

However when the master for whatever reason arose in the table, and set his folded napkin by his plate, the servant realized that the folded napkin signalled the meal wasn't over.

It was a hint he was returning.

John noticed this significant detail as he saw the so called empty tomb. By no means was the grave empty. There were the grave clothes and angels and this folded napkin. John's delicate and sensitive leadership is exhibited in numerous exact and touching ways, this being one.

Jesus was not finished. He was returning, and later that day He appeared to Mary and to Peter, and to two men walking towards Emmaus, and also to all His disciples that evening, as they wondered what on earth was occurring.

The risen ascended Christ is still not concluded. John recognised that fact.

He continues to perform the same act as He is doing since the start; calling and choosing men; forgiving people who repent; healing individuals who come in demand; guiding, leading and directing individuals who call upon Him; and answering prayer.

The next time you lift a serviette, recall the folded napkin.

To be able to understand the importance of the folded cloth, you must understand a little bit about Hebrew tradition. The Napkin Folding had to do with a clear message between a Master and his Servant. Every Jewish individual knows this convention. If the servant put the dining room table for his master, he ensured that it was just how the master wanted it. After the table was perfectly furnished perfectly then a servant would wait, just out of sight, before the master had finished eating. The servant would not dare touch that table, before the master was finished.

After the master was done eating, he'd rise in the table, wipe his fingers, his mouth and clean his beard. The master would then wad-up that napkin into a ball and chuck it on the table. The servant would then know to clear the table. The wadded napkin give the clear message, stating, "I am done."

However when the master got up in the table, and folded his napkin, and laid it beside his plate, the servant wouldn't dare touch the table. The folded material give this obvious message, stating, "I am not finished yet. I am coming back ! Get More Info"
