• Sam's Club (Joelle & team)
• Purchase additional propane tanks and fill tanks (Home Depot)
• Fill 5-gallon canisters with gas for generator
• Total Wine & More - 6671 S. Virginia Street, The Commons, Reno, NV 89511 (775) 853-3669 (Joelle & team)
• Wal-Mart both for camp and personal shopping (Joelle & team)

Sunday In Reno

• Load frontage items (Brooklyn Bridge, Chrysler Building skin and some elements of the frame, ESB frame), generator, coolers and other equipment in Reno Storage unit onto Penske truck OR new Reno Container Truck
• Complete shopping runs as necessary
• Pool time

• Monday Advance Team Arrives on Playa before Noon (Todd, Isa, Ken , Mark???)
• Placers take us to our site
• Monday Advance Team maps out the ground, placing flags to delineate the borders of each pod and the placement of all art (Isa to Lead)
• Gerlach containers are delivered sometime after 2:00 PM and placed by the early arrival crew
• Rest of Monday Team arrives
• Monday Team unloads key items from Penske(s) / 53' foot trailer and from Containers as needed for initial setup
• Set up First Pod shade structures and tents
• Set up kitchen tent
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (EVERYONE)

Tuesday

• Team unpacks and inventories the containers
• Layout and set up Center Shade (Todd Powell & team)
• Kitchen set up continues (Joelle & team)
• Frontage Build Starts (Monday Team)
• Brooklyn Bridge / Container top platform assembly (Ken & team)
• tkkts assembly begins (Mark & team)
• Build Showers (Isa & team)
• Build evap pond (Isa & Team)
• NYC container arrives
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (EVERYONE)

Wednesday

• Wednesday Team arrives on playa before noon
• Wednesday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures (Pirate Pod) and tents and general Frontage Build continues (Monday Team)
• Brooklyn Bridge / Container top platform assembly (Ken & team)
• tkkts assembly (Mark & team)
• K-Train (Gman & team)
• Chrysler Building (Isa Team)
• Empire State top Started (Todd & team)
• Finish Showers and Evap Pond (Isa & Team)
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (DK2 & build crew)

Thursday

• Continue Frontage Build
• Team puts down carpet / carpet replacement in Center Shade
• Team assembles the playatech for Center Shade
• Assemble the Kostume Tent (Isa and Ken)
• Assemble Krafting Dome (Link, Chad, Steve) ([Build Key]
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (DK2 & build crew)

Friday

• Friday Team arrived on playa before noon
• Friday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Finishing frontage projects (various teams)
• Build Fence behind frontage
• Morning - Jungle to arrange with United for services and Delivery
• Jungle to supervise placement or Primate POD trailers
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (DK2 & build crew)

Saturday

• Team sets up the racks inside the Kostume Tent (Ahmed & team)
• Team sets up Crafting Dome (Pat & Team)
• Sound setup (DK2)
• Lighting Setup (Daniel / Claire & team)
• Assemble runway (Link)
• Bike Rack Build
• Moop Sweep and Tool check before Sunset (DK2 & build crew)

Sunday

• Team cleans up all the tools and repacks the containers
• Team completes any and all other tasks that have to be done for the build
• Moop Sweep before Dinner (ENTIRE FUCKING CAMP. LITERALLY EVERYONE.)
