Saturday In Reno

• Pick up Truck (Reno Truck Rental, 85 Gentry Way, Reno, NV 89502 (775) 825-8833)
• Walmart - Water plan, Pickup orders, personal shopping (Walmart Supercenter #2106 2425 E 2Nd St, Reno NV 89502 (775) 359-8200) (10 AM - 10 PM)

Staying: Circus Circus (500 N Sierra St, Reno, NV 89503)

Sunday In Reno

• UPS Store 0949 - Fridges, Freezer, etc (561 Keystone Ave, Reno, NV 89503 (775) 322-5105)
• Winco
• Home Depot

Staying: Grand Sierra (2500 E 2nd St Reno,NV 89595)

Monday

• Monday Team Arrives on Playa before Noon
• Placers take us to our village
• Monday Team maps out the ground, placing flags to delineate the borders of each camp in the village (DK Lead)
• Gerlach containers are delivered sometime after 2:00 PM and placed by the early arrival crew
• Monday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.

Tuesday

• Team gets all stuff from the NY Container early in the morning
• Team builds the common shade area and the living room areas of the camp
• Team builds the kitchen out of three carports
• Team unpacks and inventories the containers

Wednesday

• Wednesday Team arrived on playa before noon
• Wednesday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Container Top Dance Platform and Stairs and DJ Booth (Boris)
• Arch Build Starts (Isa)
• Assemble Playatech furniture (Josh)

Thursday

• Build Showers (Reformata)
• Build evap ponds (Reformata)
• Continue Container Top Dance Platform and Stairs and DJ Booth (Boris)
• Lamassu Build (Kimmy)
• Canvas on arch, vines on arch and container (Jan Taves)
• Canvas on Containers (Lori)

Friday

• Friday Team arrived on playa before noon
• Friday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Dome Build (Brandon Keevan) ([Build Key]
• Finishing frontage projects
• Build Fence from fence to end of frontage (Gavin)

Saturday

• Build tress shade structure for dance area (Josh and Cody)
• Sound Build (Alex Funk)
• Figures for top of Arch (Jim)
• Finish kitchen install, unload kitchen truck(Shamron)
• Rope Lighting for container top and common shade area (Leon M)
• Steps for runway
• Burlap evap pond system (Ryan, Michelle and Isa)

Sunday

• Team sets up the racks inside the dome
• Team sets up flags
• Team cleans up all the tools and repacks the containers
• Team completes any and all other tasks that have to be done for the build
