Camp Build Schedule
Sunday In Reno
- Pick up Truck
- Walmart
- Winco
- Home Depot
Monday
- Monday Team Arrives on Playa before Noon
- Placers take us to our village
- Monday Team maps out the ground, placing flags to delineate the borders of each camp in the village (DK Lead)
- Gerlach containers are delivered sometime after 2:00 PM and placed by the early arrival crew
- Monday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
Tuesday
- Team gets all stuff from the NY Container early in the morning
- Team builds the common shade area and the living room areas of the camp
- Team builds the kitchen out of three carports
- Team unpacks and inventories the containers
Wednesday
- Wednesday Team arrived on playa before noon
- Wednesday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
- Container Top Dance Platform and Stairs and DJ Booth (Boris Lead)
- Arch Build Starts (Isa Lead)
- Assemble Playatech furniture (Josh Lead)
Thursday
- Reformata Build Showers
- Build evap ponds
- Continue Container Top Dance Platform and Stairs and DJ Booth (Boris Lead)
- Lamassu Build (Kimmy)
- Canvas on arch, vines on arch and container
- Canvas on Containers (Lori Lead)
Friday
- Friday Team arrived on playa before noon
- Friday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
- Dome Build (Brandon Lead)
- Finishing frontage projects
- Build Fence from fence to end of frontage (Gavin Build)
Saturday
- Build tress shade structure for dance area (Alex Funk Lead)
- Sound Build (Alex Funk Lead)
- Finish kitchen install, unload kitchen truck
- Rope Lighting for container top and common shade area (Leon M Lead)
- Steps for runway
Sunday
- Team sets up the racks inside the dome ([Build Key]
- Team sets up flags
- Team cleans up all the tools and repacks the containers
- Team completes any and all other tasks that have to be done for the build
- Special surprise planned for the build crew!
