• Monday Team Arrives on Playa before Noon
• Placers take us to our village
• Monday Team maps out the ground, placing flags to delineate the borders of each pod and the placement of all art (DK Lead)
• Gerlach containers are delivered sometime after 2:00 PM and placed by the early arrival crew
• Monday Team unloads stuff from NY Truck and from Containers as needed for initial setup day.
• Monday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Team builds the kitchen out of three carports

Tuesday

• Team unpacks and inventories the containers
• Frontage Build Starts (Monday Team)
  • Container top Platforms started (Boris team)
  • Container stairs started (Boris team)
  • Tower Started (Isa Team)
  • Empire State top Started (Matt B Team)
• Build Showers (Thad Team)
• Build evap ponds (Thad Team)

Wednesday

• Wednesday Team arrives on playa before noon
• Wednesday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Frontage Build continues (Monday Team)
  • Container top Platforms (Boris team)
  • Container stairs (Boris team)
• Finish Showers and Evap Pond (Thad Team)

Thursday

• Continue Frontage Build
• Team builds the common shade area and the living room areas of the camp
• Team assembles the playatek for the lounge
• Team puts down carpet in the lounge

Friday

• Friday Team arrived on playa before noon
• Friday Team unpacks, sets up their shade structures and tents and general pods and otherwise settles in.
• Crafting Dome Build (Brandon Keevan) ([Build Key]

Saturday

• Sound and lighting setup (Boris/Ben)
• Clean and organize kitchen (Brandy)
• Steps for runway
• Bike Rack Build

• Front Porch shade structure
• Team sets up the racks inside the Kostume Tent
• Team sets up flags
• Team cleans up all the tools and repacks the containers
• Team completes any and all other tasks that have to be done for the build
